Last week we took the boys to the Hill Aerospace Museum. Having grown up in Utah, I'm ashamed to admit that I had never gone there before. Samuel and Lars loved it! They are going through an army phase right now and love everything military. This is what Sam packed to bring with him:
The museum is located adjacent to the Hill Air Force Base in Roy, UT. It opened in 1991 and exhibits more than 90 military aircraft, missiles and aerospace vehicles. Sam's favorite was the B29 bomber, which was used in World War II. Apparently it was the plane that the U.S. used to drop the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
The museum is open seven days a week from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. Admission free, but feel free to donate. Here's a link to their website: http://www.hill.af.mil/Home/Hill-Aerospace-Museum/
